At WCCC, we believe you will grow in your faith and grow in your relationships when you get connected through a small group, a support group, or in service.

Men's
Ministry

Find strength to fulfill your purpose. The pressures of career, finances, and family constantly threaten to isolate us from developing vital, healthy relationships with other men, not to mention God Himself. As a man, you may be asking yourself what it means to be a Christian while balancing the roles and responsibilities required of men in today's world. The Men's Ministry is here to help connect you to other men while developing within you a deep commitment to and love for God.
Men’s Prayer Breakfast is a monthly opportunity for guys to get to know one another, pray for and encourage each other, and, of course, eat! To find out when the next gathering is, please contact the church office.

Women's
Ministry

Sisterhood of faith. You are a daughter, wife, mother, working professional, and/or volunteer. Juggling these roles and more, yet taking time to explore and nurture your Christian faith, is important to you and your family.

Women’s Ministry at WCCC exists to introduce women to maturing relationships with Jesus Christ, to build close community with one another, and to provide opportunities for service. Designed for every woman, regardless of age, marital status or season of life, our Bible studies, special programs and wide variety of events such as Crafty Gals, Chick-Flicks, the Women’s Banquet, and the
Women-Of-Faith Conference have been planned with your needs in mind.

For more information about the current women’s Bible study groups, please contact the church office.

Transitions

A great time in life. We are a ministry that is passionate about engaging our generation of young adults with the transformational power found in Jesus Christ. We strive to connect young adults in authentic relationships so they can grow in their understanding of Christ and His purposes. We seek to inspire them to passionately lead in the local church, reach out to the community, and develop the skills it takes to maintain healthy relationships – sexually, socially, as well as spiritually.
Bible study meets every Sunday morning (9:15am) at the Bier Haus (6052 SR128).
Join us as we discover how following Jesus can truly impact our lives and the world! If you are a young adult, get plugged in by contacting Tyler McKenzie.

SmallGroups

Practically speaking, there will never be a way for the staff or elders to personally minister to everyone who attends our church. That's why small groups are such an important part of our discipleship strategy. It's how we minister effectively at WCCC.

Small Groups at WCCC are people interested in getting together for the purpose of relationship-building, prayer, Biblical study and serving. There are groups made up of young married couples with or without children, single people of all ages, seniors, friends, and neighbors, etc. Our small group leaders create environments for people to develop and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

If you are ready to be challenged in your faith and want to join others in figuring out what it means to be a fully-devoted Christ-follower, or just want to find out more information, please contact James Hansee.

Adult
Education

Church is more than just weekend worship. WCCC offers a variety of Bible classes to help adults connect with one another, explore a variety of topics/issues and study God's Word. Our goal is to learn to follow Jesus together. These classes are instrumental in equipping participants with the tools necessary to continue forward in their spiritual journey. We offer Bible classes on the weekend and throughout the week. First
Impressions

This is how we welcome, inform and serve our guest. It’s the synergy created by a number of factors: volunteers, leaders, signage, facilities and the “feel” of the church. Below is a list of service areas. To get involved or for more information, please contact
Gary Coleman.

Guest and Service Host Teams
When a guest walks through our doors for the first time, or anytime, and receives a warm, friendly welcome, it makes a powerful impact. Our Guest and Service Host Teams perform that vital role, and often are the reason a first-time guest comes back! It’s been said, “you never get a second chance to make a first impression.”
Administrative Team
The administrative team assists staff with the administrative tasks that keep our ministry operating from week to week. Data entry, photocopying, and presentation preparation are just a few of the options available to those with administrative gifts. They staff our Welcome Center on weekends to share information and offer assistance to all who have questions and need answers.
Communion & Offering Server Teams
This team distributes the Communion elements and Offering bags in a courteous and efficient manner allowing the hearts and minds of our congregation to remain focused on these significant celebrations.
Medics-On-Call
Sometimes medical emergencies arise. And when they do, WCCC Medic-On-Call team is the first to respond. Medical professionals volunteer their time to be available during worship services and other special events on campus, and they can be on call at the service they wish to attend. If you are a licensed physician, nurse, paramedic, EMT, or PA, and you have emergency medical experience, we need you!

Sports & Recreation Ministry

Worship & Production Ministry

God has created all of us as worshipers with the ability to respond to all that He is with all that we are.  Those serving on the WCCC worship and production arts team invite you to join us in an encounter with the living, creative, loving, and redeeming God who delights in the worship of His people. We invite you to encounter this transcendent God … and respond with your life.

The Service Programming Ministry mission statement drives all that we do.

...to create an innovative service where those attending are led to worship, challenged to serve and encouraged to prioritize their lives around the principles and values of God’s Word.
Love to Sing? Love to Play? The Worship Arts Team is a group of people who love to sing, love to play, love to worship, and are dedicated to making the name of God great in our generation. Our rotational instrumental and vocal teams are made up of highly skilled musicians with a heart for worship. Most regularly, we use 3-6 vocalists, piano, keyboard, guitars (acoustic, electric, bass), aux percussion and drums. Occasionally, we also incorporate strings, woodwinds, brass, etc. This team requires an audition/interview.
The WCCC Worship Choir is a non-auditioned, multi-generational group that helps to ignite and fuel worship of God. From September to June, we meet weekly to rehearse, pray, train, and prepare to lead our congregation in worship about every three weeks.
Amplifying the worship experience. The Production Arts Team serves the worship team and the church by faithfully amplifying the worship experience both sonically and visually.  Our goal is to accurately reproduce the artistic expression and message of the pastoral staff and worship team as they engage the congregation and compel them to respond in worship of our awesome God.  We do this by using the latest in audio, lighting, media, and visual technology working hard to focus the attention on the message - not the medium. Although made up of several extremely different technical disciplines, we're still one team with a simple goal – to create an engaging, authentic worship environment.
To get involved, or for more information, please contact Phil Coleman.
