We want you to feel comfortable when you worship with us. We're large enough to offer a variety of worship, learning, and fellowship experiences, but not so large that you'll feel overwhelmed. For your convenience, we've included some information here to help you as you visit us.
When you worship with us, we want you to feel welcome and comfortable. Here are a few tips:
♦ RELAX
You are with friends! No one will single you out or ask you to say anything publicly. At some point you will have the opportunity to greet those sitting near you. You will also be asked to complete the Connection Card from your bulletin to drop into the offering bags later in the service.
♦ SING
Singing is a beautiful way to express our thoughts to God. Feel free to participate as you are comfortable or to simply listen and enjoy.
♦ LISTEN One of our ministers will share a message from the Bible and explain how it applies to our lives today. There are free Bibles available at the Welcome Center in the Atrium.
♦ RESPOND
A song will follow the message to provide an opportunity to make a public decision about membership, baptism, rededication, or prayer. There will be facilitators at the front to assist you in whatever decision you make.
♦ REMEMBER
Each week we partake of Communion to remember Christ's death on the cross. All believers are invited to participate with us. We'll ask you to hold the emblems when you receive them so we can partake together.
♦ GIVE
Giving is an act of worship, trust, and gratitude. Guests need not feel obligated to contribute to the offering. This is also the time to place your Connection Card in the offering bag.
♦ STAY After the service we encourage you to linger and meet others, enjoy a cup of coffee in our cafe, pick up a free take-home CD at the Atrium kiosk, and visit the Book Nook.
♦ RETURN
Our prayer is that you are able to connect with God, His Word, and other Christ followers and that you'll consider coming back to learn more.
